This site is run by Kashyap Patel ("Kash"). This policy explains what data I collect, why, and how it's handled. I keep it simple because I respect your time and your privacy.
Email address — only if you subscribe to Kash's Crunch, my weekly newsletter. That's it. I don't collect your name, location, or anything else through this site.
To send you the newsletter. Nothing else. I won't sell, rent, or share your email with anyone. Ever.
The newsletter is powered by Beehiiv. When you subscribe, your email is stored and processed by Beehiiv on my behalf. Beehiiv may collect basic analytics (open rates, click rates) to help me understand what content resonates. You can read Beehiiv's privacy policy for details.
If you support me through Ko-fi, your payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal — not by me. I don't see or store your card details. Ko-fi and Stripe/PayPal handle all payment data. See Ko-fi's privacy policy for details.
This site doesn't use cookies or tracking scripts. No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no retargeting. The Ko-fi widget and Beehiiv embed may set their own cookies — that's outside my control.
Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you're out — no questions, no guilt trips. You can also email me directly and I'll remove you manually.
Under CASL, GDPR, and other privacy laws, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Want your email removed? Just ask.
